Linked Senior Windows 8.1 Support
Windows 8.1 support stops on January 10, 2023

Microsoft will end support for 8.1 on January 10, 2023. Linked Senior will follow industry best practices and drop support for Windows 8.1 devices on that date. This means any Windows 8.1 devices that run the Linked Senior application will stop working on this date. If you have concerns or need more information, please let us know.

Linked Senior Windows 7 Support
Windows 7 support stops on 6/1/2021

Linked Senior will follow industry best practices and drop support for Windows 7 devices on June 1st, 2021. This means any Windows 7 devices that run the Linked Senior application will stop working on this date. If you have concerns or need more information, please let us know.

PointClickCare ADT integration End Of Life on 12/31/2020
Request the new API integration from PointClickCare

PointClickCare is dropping support for all ADT integrations at the end of 2020. This will result in all Linked Senior ADT integrations to stop working on 12/31/2020. To continue your integration between Linked Senior and PointClickCare you must request an API activation from the PointClickCare marketplace. Please read the following document for instructions on how to request an API activation.

Microsoft Windows 7 Support
Windows 7 End of Life

Microsoft has dropped support of Windows 7 as of January 14th, 2020. Linked Senior will no longer support Windows 7 devices as of this date; however, our software will continue to function. Linked Senior will drop support for Windows 7 at a future date. If you have concerns, please let us know.
